Welcome to Sunset Dreams! By booking and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received.

• We accept payments via phone: Karen Spaetgens at 337-581-1628.

• All rates are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be arranged with Karen Spaetgens at at 337-581-1628.

• No-shows may be charged the full booking amount at owner's discretion.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.

• No pets unless explicitly agreed upon.

• No parties or events without prior approval.
